Refund Eligibility:

  • All products purchased from Flier Golf are eligible for a full refund within 30 days from the original purchase date.
  • Products must be in original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
  • If your item is damaged or defective upon receipt, please notify us within 14 days, and we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

refund timing:

  • Once we receive and approve your refund request, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • For returned products, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our part.
