Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders for the Flier Golf's Monthly Golf Attire Subscription Box are processed within 2 business days after successful payment.

Subscription boxes are typically shipped on 

day of first purchase each month. 

If there is an unexpected delay due to high demand, holidays, 

or supply chain issues, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: Free within the United States. 

Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost. 

Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days.

Shipping Carriers & Tracking

We use USPS, FedEx and UPS to ensure reliable delivery.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a 

confirmation email with a tracking number. 

You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website.

Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct at the time of checkout.

Address changes must be requested before the

 monthly shipment deadline.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first to confirm its location.

If your package is lost in transit, contact us at Fliergolfs@gmail.com, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and reach out to our support team within 7 days for a resolution.

Cancellations & Subscription Modifications

Subscription changes (pauses, cancellations, address updates) must be made before the billing date to take 

effect for the upcoming month.

If an order has already been shipped, cancellations or modifications will apply to the following month's box.
