Eligibility for Returns

You may return items purchased from us 

under the following conditions:

 

The item is in its original packaging, with tags,

 and all accessories included.

Proof of purchase, such as the receipt or order 

confirmation email, is provided.

The return is initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

 The item is unused, unwashed, and in the

 same condition as you received it.     

Refunds and exchanges

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and 

notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method 

of payment within 7–10 business days.

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color,

 or a replacement for a defective product, 

please contact us within 30 days.

your order number and the reason for the return.

We will provide you with return instructions once contacted. 

Shipping

You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless 

the item is defective or we made an error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or 

purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

Late or missing refunds

Check out our extended refund page. 

Check your bank account or credit card statement.

Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.
